Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restriction of account access or withdrawal processing.
ah44 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other approved Philippine payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. A minimum withdrawal of ₱200 applies. ah44 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash within twenty-four (24) hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. ah44 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.
All transactions on ah44 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion costs that may apply at the payment processor level are the responsibility of the player.
Account balances that remain dormant (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified to the registered account holder. Accounts dormant for thirty-six (36) months may be closed after reasonable attempts to contact the account holder.
